DESCRIPTION:Lake Huron Foundation\nLake Huron Foundation’s mission is to deliver compassionate\, quality care to patients and improve lives in our local community. We remain committed to providing access to high-quality care\, regardless of someone’s ability to pay. \nThe Lake Huron Foundation is comprised of the People’s Clinic for Better Health\, the Lake Huron Foundation Volunteer Organization and a portfolio of charitable funds providing financial assistance to patients in need. In collaboration with key community partners\, we are able to provide access to compassionate\, integrated healthcare. \nThe Lake Huron Foundation is an extension of the Prime Healthcare Foundation\, a 501(c)3 public charity. The Foundation is governed by a local board of directors which provides oversight to our day-to-day operations and financial assets\, and funds remain local. We are grateful for the opportunity to improve health outcomes and enrich lives right here in our local community.
